The costs of any mediation will be shared equally between you and Trevon Ivory.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Trevon Ivory agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.

2.You Can Cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to the message. Upon Sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive messages SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you can simply text START and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
